Everbright Photonics plans to invest 1 billion yuan to build an advanced compound semiconductor optoelectronic platform
On December 27,everbright institute of semiconductor photonics co., ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Everbright Photonics, signed a project investment cooperation agreement with the Suzhou Science & Technology Town Management Committee. It plans to build a new advanced compound semiconductor optoelectronic platform in Suzhou Science & Technology Town. Such project covers a total area of about 31 mu, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan.
